For Orders Placed but Not in Production Yet
When you place an order, we will send an email for confirmation. During the 3 - 5 working days after that (which is the standard confirmation period), if you have a change of heart, simply reply to the email to inform us of your decision to cancel the order. We will then handle the refund process for you promptly.
For Quality - related Issues of Received Products
Should you identify major quality problems with the products after receiving them (such as severe damage or significant functional failures that impede normal usage), you can apply for a refund within [X] working days after receipt. Here's how:
Gather evidence: Prepare clear photos or videos that clearly illustrate the quality issues.

Provide detailed information: When in contact with our customer service, thoroughly describe the issues, including how and under what circumstances they occurred, as well as any relevant product batch information (if available). Don't forget to attach the evidence you've prepared.
Verification and refund process: Once we receive your application, our customer service team will carefully examine the situation. If the problem is verified as a quality issue, we will immediately start the refund process.
For Color or Appearance - related Issues (Non - quality Issues)
As our products are custom - made, minor differences in color or appearance compared to the display images, which may result from variations in devices and lighting conditions, are not eligible for refunds. However, in cases of serious color errors (where the color significantly deviates from the one you confirmed) or severe appearance deformations, you can follow the same application process as for quality issues. Please note that although we will conduct an assessment, such normal differences inherent to the customization process may not necessarily meet the refund requirements.
For Special Cases of Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, once production commences, due to the custom nature of the products, we cannot resell them to other customers. Hence, except for the major quality issues described above, no refund requests of any kind will be accepted. If there are special circumstances that require order cancellation prior to production, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to coordinate based on the order's progress, although we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled and a refund granted.
